06 / Buyer questions

Clear answers before the enquiry starts.

01What building-material categories can I enquire about?

You can enquire across 12 organized categories covering structural and civil materials, waterproofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire and life safety, envelope, finishes, doors and hardware, sanitaryware, specialist systems, and site or external works.

02Can I submit a BOQ or consultant specification?

Yes. Send a BOQ, material schedule, consultant specification, drawing or other reference file through the RFQ form. Clear revisions and scope notes help the commercial and technical review.

03Do you support high-rise and tower project requirements?

Yes. Benaa Supply accepts material enquiries organized around high-rise and tower project stages. This is a material sourcing and supply service, not a claim of construction, design or installation responsibility.

04Can I request several categories in one RFQ?

Yes. Select every relevant category and identify priorities, packages or required dates in the requirement notes. One organized RFQ can cover several material groups.

05Do you supply AC and HVAC materials?

AC, HVAC and ventilation equipment, components and accessories are available for enquiry. The quoted scope, technical selection, availability and documentation are confirmed for each request; installation is not implied.

06Are brands, stock, lead times, and alternatives confirmed before quotation?

Yes. Those details are project- and enquiry-specific. A brand, item, alternative, stock position or lead time should be treated as confirmed only when it appears in the issued quotation or supporting communication.
